Late night hot dogs: a traditional post-party stop in Reykjavik. A hot dog with “everything” here comes with interesting mustard and sauce like slightly sweetened mayonnaise, and inexplicably-crunchy chopped onion. The dogs themselves are naturally-cased, and yummy. The woman at this stand told me she had been making them for thirty five years.
